Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error.

Shipping Times & Methods

Delivery times vary depending on your location. All timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs inspections, or other factors outside our control.

During peak seasons, public holidays, or force majeure events (e.g. severe weather, strikes), delivery times may be longer than estimated.

Shipping Rates
  • Free tracked shipping is available on all orders, Australia-wide.
  • For international orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.
  • Promotional free shipping offers will be clearly stated on our website or promotional materials.

International Shipping
  • Workcloud ships to a number of international destinations. Available countries are shown at checkout.
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
  • We are unable to mark orders as "gifts" or falsify customs documentation.
  • For shipments outside Australia or to island regions, tracking updates may take longer than 7 days due to customs procedures. This is not considered a shipping fault.

Tracking Your Order
  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor its progress.
  • Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after shipment.
  • If you haven't received tracking information within 5 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us.
You can track your order at any time using the Order Tracking page on our website.

Lost or Delayed Packages
  • If your tracking shows no updates for 15 consecutive days, contact us and we will investigate and arrange a resend.
  • If your order remains undelivered after 35 days (Australia) or 45 days (other regions), we will issue a full refund or send a replacement.
  • We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or theft after confirmed delivery.

Order Changes or Cancellations
  • Orders can be cancelled or modified (address or size changes) within 24 hours of placement at no charge.
  • After 24 hours, cancellations may be subject to a 10% administration and restocking fee if the order has not yet been dispatched.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
