Product Care: Can I leave my Workcloud Essentials in the heat?
To ensure the longevity and quality of your Workcloud items, we highly recommend storing them in a cool, dry place. Prolonged exposure to extreme heat or direct sunlight may cause materials to warp, shrink, or fade.
How long does it take to process my order?
Upon placing your order, please allow 1 to 3 business days for our fulfillment team to process, pack, and hand off your order to the shipping carrier. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number.
How long is shipping?
Standard delivery typically takes up to 21 days. Please note that during peak holiday seasons, severe weather events, or international customs processing, delivery times may be extended.

Note: If your tracking shows no updates or your package has not arrived after 35 days (AU Mainland) or 45 days (International), please contact us, and we will issue a full refund or send a free replacement.
What happens if my delivery fails?
Delivery issues generally fall into a few categories:

Not at home: If you are not present, your package will likely be held at your local post office. You will need to contact them to collect it.
Address change in transit: If the package has reached your country and you wish to change the delivery address, you must contact the local shipping carrier directly to reroute it.
Incomplete/Incorrect Address: If delivery fails due to an incomplete address and is returned, we can support resending the order to that same corrected address one time, free of charge.
Completely Wrong Address: If the address provided at checkout was completely wrong and you need the package sent to a brand new address, it will be processed as a new order and a replacement fee will apply.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL security to ensure all your personal information is fully encrypted. We do not store or retain your credit card information on our servers after purchase.
What is your Return and Exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for issues related to fit or change of mind, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

All returns must be approved via our Return Portal first; unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be canceled or modified (such as changing an address or size) within 24 hours of placement without any fees.

After 24 hours, cancellations or modifications are strictly subject to whether the order has already been handed over to the shipping carrier. If the order can still be intercepted, a 10% administration and restocking fee will apply. If the order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled.
What if my product doesn't fit or has a sizing issue?
Workcloud is not responsible for sizing issues. If you need to exchange an item for a different size, you may do so within 30 days of delivery. However, all costs associated with the return and the exchange (including return shipping fees) are strictly the responsibility of the customer.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or is incorrect/missing, please email us at workcloud.help@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. You must include your order number along with clear photos or videos demonstrating the issue. Once our team verifies the defect, we will send you a replacement free of charge.
