Return Requirements
  • Return period (fit / change of mind): 30 days from delivery date. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
  • Defect / damage / wrong item claims: Must be submitted within 10 days of delivery with clear photos or videos as evidence.
  • Return shipping costs: For fit or change-of-mind returns, all return shipping costs are strictly the customer's responsibility.
  • Required information: Include your order number on the return package so we can locate your order.
  • Approval required: All returns must be approved by our team before shipping. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
You must use the return label we provide. Returns sent without our approved label will be denied.
Non-Returnable Items
  • Items that have been worn, used, or are not in their original condition.
  • Items returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories.
  • Pre-ordered products.
  • Returns requested after the 30-day window has passed.
Common Situations & How We Handle Them
  • Wrong size / change of mind: You may return or exchange within 30 days. Items must be unworn in original packaging. All return shipping costs are your responsibility.
  • Wrong / missing / damaged / defective items: Contact us within 10 days of delivery with clear photos or videos. Once verified, we will send a free replacement.
  • Order arrived late: If your order exceeds the maximum standard delivery time of 21 days, you may be eligible for an $8 compensation. This does not apply during peak seasons, public holidays, or customs delays.
  • Lost in transit: If your order shows no tracking updates for 15 consecutive days, we will investigate and resend. If the order remains undelivered after 35 days (Australia) or 45 days (other regions), we will issue a full refund or resend.
  • Failed delivery due to customer error: We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by an incorrect address, customer refusal, or the customer having moved. Refunds or resends are not applicable in these cases.
  • Order cancellation: Orders can only be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellation is subject to whether the order has already been dispatched. If it has, we cannot cancel.
How to Return Your Order

Contact us first Email us at workcloud.help@gmail.com or use our contact form. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if reporting a defect. Do this within 10 days for defects, or 30 days for fit/preference.

Wait for approval & return address Our team will confirm whether your return is approved and provide the correct return address and label. Do not ship anything before receiving this.

Pack and ship your return Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all accessories. Use the return label we provide — returns sent without our label will be denied.

Share your tracking number Once shipped, send us your tracking number so we can monitor the return.

Refund processed Once we receive and inspect the items (up to 3 business days), your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Inspection & Deductions

Returned items are inspected within 3 business days. If items show signs of use, the following deductions apply:

Exterior visibly stained or dirty 30% deduction
Visible tread wear on soles, stained insoles, or odour 50% deduction
Unworn, unused, original packaging — perfect condition Full refund
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection is complete.
Cancellations & Partial Refunds
  • Within 24 hours: Orders can be cancelled or modified (address or size changes) free of charge.
  • After 24 hours: Cancellations may be subject to a 10% administration and restocking fee if the order has not yet been dispatched. If already shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  • Partial refunds: At our discretion, we may offer a partial refund. Acceptance of a partial refund is final and you will no longer be entitled to a replacement or further refund for those items.
Chargebacks & Disputes

Our team is here to help resolve any issue quickly and fairly. We are available 6 days a week and respond as fast as possible.
